Business Development Representative

We are seeking an energetic and driven junior sales professional to join our team. We provide millions in funding each month to businesses across Canada and want your help in spreading the word about our fast and affordable business loans!

What you will do

There are thousands of small business owners across Canada who could use our loans to grow their business and we want you to find them. This means making phone calls, visiting local businesses, and doing whatever else it takes to connect with business owners and help them get a free quote. If you have a passion for helping people, hitting goals, and coming up with new ways to find and sell to small businesses, then this position is for you.

Your qualifications

  • 1+ years sales experience (experience selling to businesses is preferred, but not required).
  • Strong organization and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (this isn’t an issue if you don’t mind transit).
  • Willingness to adjust your schedule to the needs of the business owners (many are available during the 9-5 workday, but others may work evenings or weekends).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Front End Developer

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented front end developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will take the designs created by web designers and use a mix of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to code those website designs. You will work closely with various members of this organization to play a key role in the successful launch of websites and applications.

What you will do

  • Review designs created by web designers; ask any necessary clarifying questions before starting on work
  • Write code to implement those visual elements into various web applications
  • Create prototypes, mockups, and staging sites for review and feedback
  • Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds
  • Maintain websites and implement any necessary additions or enhancements
  • Identify and troubleshoot various website issues and coding problems
  • Collaborate with members of the website team (including designers and back-end developers) to consistently improve functionality and user-friendliness of the web applications
  • Maintain updated knowledge of the development industry and any advancements in technology
  • Meet tight deadlines as required

Growth Marketing Manager

Lendified – a leading fintech company founded by former bank executives – is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Toronto. What You’ll do

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead Lendified’s marketing efforts and have a strong focus on customer acquisition. This will involve collaborating with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize the user experience and hit our overall growth targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive new customer acquisition while improving our ROAS.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns across channels including (but not limited to) paid search, paid social, organic, and public relations.
  • Launch and manage referral marketing partnerships.
  • Develop and execute our content strategy.
  • Represent Lendified at select events.
  • Utilize and manage our Marketing Coordinator.
