Lendified also has a lending division that is harnessing the power of the lending platform to efficiently provide loans to small businesses in Canada.

The role

You’re an insanely bright recent business grad who wants exposure to all things entrepreneurial. You’ll fill gaps across our startup team, assisting product development, customer success, and data analysis. You’ll learn a LOT about how to build (and not build) a business from the ground up. No job is too small (i.e. building weekly reports, post/filter jobs, notes in meetings) and no job too big (vendor analysis, answering customer requests, organizing a proposed feature backlog list). No one expects you to have all the skills but you are expected to have the smarts and attitude to jump into the fray. It’s a killer job for the right person.

What you will do

Our Dev and DevOps teams have been handling these tasks ad hoc, so you’ll get to start from scratch with the support of our VP of Engineering and DevOps team. You’ll review and tweak the system and security for our cloud platform and work closely with the software engineering team to keep the system up to date and running smoothly.

What you can expect from Lendified

  • You’ll have a voice, opinions aren’t just welcome, they’re expected
  • You’ll work with an experienced team, 100 years of combined biz + tech
  • You’ll work on big problems, the kind 85m companies have
  • You’ll get ground floor options, flexible vacation and free access to a gym
  • You’ll choose your own equipment (typically 27″ monitor + Mac)
  • No politics, no posers: open, honest, I’ve-got-your-back environment

What we’re looking for

  • University degree, ideally in business
  • Some customer support experience, ideally in tech
  • Technical proficiency: you know your way around software
  • Self-starters who see around corners and fix problems
  • Organized, detailed, “on it” people
  • Positive energy: you light up the room and set the tone
  • Comfort with ambiguity and startup pace
  • Zero ego. Confident, not cocky.
  • Crazy wicked insightful smart with something to prove and wanting to learn
